- Yes, I have a couple. But I want to let you know that your string of ATZ
- tells us nothing at all. ATZ is simply a reset to saved parameters and
- you didn't tell us what those paramters are.

- OK, that having been said, your problem appears to be one of flow
- control. I will assume (probably get me in trouble) that your computer is
- a DOS system (a Pentium 120mhz?). If so, read your modem manual and set
- the modem to the proper factory defaults (as I recall, that should be AT&F2)
- and Write that to NVRAM. Now, when you init with ATZ, it will refresh the
- modem with the proper settings. If the modem *still* fails to upload
- properly, check your settings in your comm/terminal program (you didn't
- tell us what that is). If they are correct for your modem, then you have
- a defective modem.
